But some building owners are not agreeable to the idea of loaning out the building keys due to security reasons, so they activate the dogging feature letting the renters enter and exit the building through a specific door, usually monitoring to see those who do so. By having to keep watch on just one door without having to give away any keys, building security is kept to a maximum level.
