Also meditation will help to reduce stress in a person who is suffering from a chronic health condition; this will allow the person to feel less pain from their problems.

Although you may only practice meditation for half an hour daily, it will greatly contribute to making your day more relaxing and enjoyable and make you live a healthier, more productive life.
